...I fell in love....

In my many years of creating mosaic art, I had experimented with different cement-based grouts. When I began making more outdoor art pieces, I switched to using epoxy-based grouts. I found Laticrete Pro Premium to be the best epoxy-based grout for my mosaic style and have been using it exclusively since 2010.
Although it is much more expensive than cement-based grouts and takes much more practice to master, epoxy grout has many advantages:
  • Easy clean up
  • Can be used on different surfaces (substrates)
  • Won’t crack or crumble
  • Builds strong edges on wedi board, wood and glass
  • Withstands extreme weather conditions in outdoor applications
  • Never needs to be sealed or resealed

Garden Stones

The epoxy grout will give you many years of worry free lasting results when doing garden decor.

Wine Glasses/Barware

With practice the grout will give you strong crisp edges. On wine glasses it will add some extra weight for more stability.

Building up in 3D

Use the grout as an integral part of the overall structure when doing 3d layering.

Even use Metal

With the versatility of the epoxy grout you will be able to use all kinds of upcycled types of items as your substrate.
